Shipping policy

All orders under $150 in Australia and $200 in New Zealand incur a flat rate delivery fee of $12AU.

Orders of $150 or more in Australia and $200 in New Zealand will receive FREE STANDARD DELIVERY.
We do not currently offer express shipping. All orders with be subject to standard delivery times.
All standard orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within approximately 3 business days.*
If you receive your shipment confirmation email over the weekend, your order will not be dispatched until the following business day after which your tracking will be enabled.
*Please note that where an item is out of stock or during our sale/promotional events, delivery may be longer than the specified delivery times above.
At this stage silverstaroriginal.com delivers internationally to New Zealand ONLY.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering.
Silverstaroriginal.com is unable to deliver to a Parcel Locker address.

If the wrong address has been entered, silverstaroriginal.com is not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered, silverstaroriginal.com will inform you of this and process a refund, deducting the shipping costs. You will then be notified to advise when the refund has processed.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please Contact Silverstaroriginal.com within 7 working days of dispatch with your order number so that we may assist you. We will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers which can take up to 2 weeks to confirm with them that you have not received your parcel.
Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations Silverstaroriginal.com is required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.
All international purchases are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however, they do not include any taxes or duties that may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
